1 to 1 Training is ideal if you want a more private Personal Training session.

 

Together with Greg, you will assess your current state to mutually agree on an efficient and effective plan that is not only safe and injury free, but will also help you achieve each of your goals.

2 to 1 TRAINING

 

 

Tandem Training, or 2 to 1, is for you if you want to train with a friend or partner, and save some on the cost of 1 to 1 training.

 

Both individuals work to achieve their health and fitness goals. Greg will ensure everyone gets the same individualized nutrition, sleep, stress management and mindset coaching of 1 to 1 PT.

Team Training is ideal for groups working to improve together. Individuals train alongside teammates to accomplish specific health and fitness goals, while also receiving the same individualized nutrition, sleep, stress management and mindset coaching of 1 to 1 PT.

  • Monthly Strength, Endurance, Speed, Flexibility, and Balance Assessments: Track progress visually and measure specific changes.

  • Accountability and Support:  Scheduled check-ins, progress tracking, program updates, email/texts questions answered within 12 hours (usually 1-2) and encouragement to overcome any challenges.

ONLINE TRAINING

 

 

Online Personal Training is ideal if you’re motivated, disciplined and accountable enough to train on your own when, where and with whom you choose, but would like expert guidance and a customized, tailored, and structured plan for your exercise and nutrition, plus the opportunity to ask questions and get answers regarding your personal health & fitness.

What's Included:

  • Nutritional guidance: Personalized plans based on preferences, goals, and lifestyle.
