MEET GREG CARTER
Nutrition & Fitness Coach

I’ve been studying and harnessing various training, nutrition, sleep and recovery methods my whole life. I am into soccer, cycling and various water sports. And I’ve continued to learn and apply evolving strategies to improve my effectiveness as a fitness professional since my mid 20’s.
I take great pride in helping others work towards achieving their Health and Fitness goals. This is what helped me decide to pursue and earn a Personal Trainer Certification, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from F.S.U.
My mission is simple- I work with athletes and middle age adults who want to improve their performance, lifestyle, and achieve their personal goals. And I push my clients to push smarter and harder.
Winning is an attitude, a behavior, a commitment, and it takes a team,
even if your sport is played as an individual. Winning is also more fun!
